cannot access my public folders when Outlook is offline

Hi,

I cannot access my public folders when I use Outlook 2003 offline mode
(cached mode).
Can I cached-mode public folders so I can access to it when my Outlook works
offline?

Since the public folders are on the Exchange server and you're offline,
disconnected from the Exchange server, it makes sense you cannot access
public folders. However, Cached Exchange mode has the ability to make local
copies of those public folders that are in Public Folder Favorites. So,
drag the public folders in which you're interested to the Public Folder
Favirites folder and enable the option to download them. It's on the
Advanced tab of the Exchange account properties pages.
