Synching Public Folders

Hi,

I'm stumped. Normally to synchronize Public Folders for offline use, you
stick 'em into Favorites, then Go Tools, Send Receive Settings, Make Folder
Avail offline.

Problem: I don't have Make Folder Available Offline! Can someone tell me
what's wrong?
