using my TV as a bigger monitor

I am running XP professional with GeForceFX 5200 video
card and I cannot figure out how to use a tv as an
additional monitor or a alternative monitor

Tom, your card should have come with a User Manual, which will show you what
you will need to use your TV as a second monitor, and how to set it up.
 
Most older TVs are not quite as good as the standard monitor. Some of the
new TV come with a SVGA port and a lot of video cards also come with an SVGA
port.

I guess it should have read S-Video ports...
