Using Multiple Modems

I am trying to install and use 2 PCI modems at the same
time in a PC running Win 2K Server. I can only get one at
a time to work. Any ideas?

Make sure you have 2 serial ports available. There fore

disable com1 and com2 and use a usb or ps2 mouse.

I am using a USB Mouse and have disabled the Com ports.
The 2 modems are on different IRQ's and they each have
their own Com port but I can only communicate with one at
a time. If I disable one, the other then works. I tried
different drivers also with no luck. This makes no sense.
