Using Magnify Function for Entrance

J

Jim Erickson

I have about 30 text boxes on a slide that I would like to use the MAGNIFY
entrance function mainly because it brings the text up in the middle of the
screen and than move to the text box location (each side of screen). The
problem is that when I do the slide show, each text box magnifies to a lower
position to the bottom of the screen where eventually the rest of the text
boxes are magnified off the screen.

Is there a way to keep the magnification to the center for each text box?

You can get around hits by adding motion path animations. Add the first one
to your entrance and then adjust the motion path to pull the magnified box
up where you want it. You will then also need the second one to run with the
second half of the animation to pull it back to where you want it.
