PP2007 Scrolling text

I was successful in creating a PP slide with the text within a text box
scrolling like in credits -PP 2007-. It seems there is a limit as to how much
of the text can scroll using the Custom Animation Entrance Credit.
Most of the text scrolls fine but there is a point that stops and does not
display the rest.
Any information about limitations (time or word count)?

I believe it's about twice the height of the slide. For example, if you make
the font smaller, more lines will scroll.

The usual workaround is to create another textbox with the same credits
animation and tweak the timing so that it scrolls appropriately after the
previous one.

Both answers gave me enough information to proceed. The detail explanation at
Bill's site was terrific.
Thank you both.

There are a few examples of how to do this on the web. Here is the one from
my site.
