using internet provider service

I would like to know if there is a way to retrieve a form
that I partially filled out on the internet before my
internet provider service (AOL)automatically/shut down.
 
Hi Sharon,

No, the data is lost. You may find a remnant in temporary internet files,
but probably not usable to any great degree.
