I've downloaded and installed the ImageResizer PowerToy. How do I use
it? I would have thought it would just come up in the context menu,
right-clicking on a picture file.

If it installed properly .. yes there should be a menu item called Resize
Pictures when you right click an image file. It may be possible that the
image file you are trying to resize is not a common one like gif jpg. I'm
not really sure what formats the program allows you to resize but I do know
it works with jpg gif and bmp and not psd (photoshop files)
Sorry this is the only help I can provide,
John

I would try going to add and remove programs and uninstall "Image Resizer
Powertoy for Windows XP" if it isnt there .. then it didnt install properly
if it is there then uninstall it ... make sure you have admin privilages and
reinstall it. It should take care of the problem

Good luck and please reply to the newsgroups not email :D thanks
John

Ernie,

Click Start, Run and type these commands one at a time, and press ENTER after each command:

regsvr32 shimgvw.dll
regsvr32 phototoys.dll
