TweakPowerToys image resizer - where does it go?

I downloaded and installed this program from the MS site and cannot find it
on my PC to use. What is it called once installed as it's not under Tweak,
PowerToys or Image resizer. It's not under Programs in Windows and not
listed on the Program menu under Start/Programs. It's not showing up on the
UNLOCKED taskbar.

Under Power Toys for windows on the start menu there is only a "read me"
file, no way to use the image resizer.

TIA :)

If it's the same one I am using, when you right click on an image on any
webpage, you will have two options near the bottom of your right-click menu,
"zoom in" and "zoom out". Useful for getting a closer look at a small image
on a website. Of course, it has it's flaws. If the website doesn't specify
the exact image size in the code for the page, the image can become severely
distorted and defeats the whole purpose... That's life I guess...

Right-click on an image file, choose "Resize Pictures".

FS:
As others have informed you, if you right-click on an image file (or the
image itself), a sub-menu item, "Resize Pictures" will be listed. But just
to add what they've told you -- the TweakUI program is embedded in Control
Panel, so you can access the program from there if you need to use other
capabilities of that program.

Actually, the image resizer Powertoy adds a context-menu item for image
files. You'll see the "Resize..." option when you right-click an image
filetype.
