using HotCall

Does anyone use HotCall4000 to get calls while online?
I'm using XP Home Edition and cannot connect to caller.
Any suggestions?

Suggestion: contact HotCall4000 tech support or look for a user forum or
newsgroup relating to that software. Your issue is with the program,
not the operating system.
