Using Cell Text in saving file name

Is there any way to use text from a cell inside a workbook t
automatically create a file name for the workbook?

Example:
workbook name is: Enrollment
cell b3 is: John Smith

When you save the file, it is automatically created as:
John Smith Enrollment.xl
