I have recieved a excel file which lists Board Members and other groups they are part of as shown below
John Doe Admissions
Communities
Social
John Smith Adult Care
Environment
Social
Will Smith Admissions
Communities
Envionment
Social
Will Bill Adult Care
Admission
Environmnet
Communities
Social
When I put this data along with the rest of the sheet into a Pivot Table I only get one result to show to correspond to the 'Groups' members are part of where as I want it to list ALL groups. It only takes the same cell numeber to give a result.
Cell A1- John Doe only gives the result in cell B1 - Admissions whereas I want it to show B1-B3. Is there any way to show this? I'm a beginner with Excel so pardon me if this is a silly question.
