I need to create a link that refers to the cell

I need to create a link that refers to a cell on my Guest List sheet H74 to
my Budget sheet C7 that contains the total number number of adults planning
on attending the family reunion (Verify that the number that shows as a
result of the link in that cell is 73 How do I do that

Dee,

It's unclear to me which way you want to go, but to create a link, select the cell where you want to
show the value of the other cell, type an equal sign, then select the tab of the other sheet, then
the cell with the value that you want, and press Enter.

OR

Copy the cell with the value, select the cell where you want that cell's value to appear,
right-click, select Paste Special.... and click the "Paste Link" button.
