Using BCM 2007 question

I ry to have business contacts (i.e. clients) in BCM and non-clients
in Outlook.

Its always a pain in remembering to move certain contacts in to BCM
from Outlook to track activities.

Should I be using BCM for everything and not use regular Outlook? In
other words it feels like I have to programs.

How do others contend with this issue?

Thanks

I have them all in Business Contact Manager. My PocketPC will only
sync with Outlook so when I want to sync all of my Business Contacts
on my handheld, I have to delete all of the contacts in Outlook and
copy from BCM back to Outlook (otherwise I'd have duplicates). I work
exclusively in BCM including tasks and calendar. This seems to have
worked fine.

You should be able to sync either or both of Outlook and BCM with your
PocketPC, I do.

That's a great idea. It seems BCM will sync with a Palm, but not a
Blackberry and that is the problem I was running into. (I called RIM to
confirm they do not sync)
