Using Administrator privledges?

I would like to know how would I be able to use my administrative privledges
on a limited account without having to logout of the limited accounts?

What version of windows do you have?

If you have XP and for example you would like to install a program loged as
a limited user, just right click on the application and select "run as" and
select administrator and so and so.
