Using a Shared Internet Connection (ICS)

I setup a client ICS connection on an Windows XP Pro box
after disconnecting it from a domain (setup to use
workgroup) and using the Network Connection Wizard
(wouldn't work until I removed the computer from the
domain (NT 4 server)) and it worked fine the first time
after restarting the computer. Since then, it will
connect to the Internet Gateway (sometimes), but it will
never use the gateway to connect to the Internet. Any
thoughts?

Check to see if there is a file named Host on your
computer. If there is, rename it to Host.old and try to
access the network again.
