Using 2003 I cannot see frames with DWT

What I'm trying to do in FP 2003 is attach a Dynamic Web
Template to a Frames Page, but I continually get the
error "My browser does not support Frames" after I attach
it. I know for certain my browser does support frames
because I can see the frames page just fine when I don't
attach a DWT. Is there a problem using both at the same
time?

The reason for using a Frames page is so I can enlarge
thumbnails in one frame into a larger target frame. If I
can achieve the same thing by using simple tables or a
layout table please let me know.

Thanks,
John

Which page are you attaching the DWT to?
A "frames page" consists of several pages, at least two, usually three or
more.
It sounds as if you are trying to attach the DWT to the frameset page, which
is probably not what you want, unless you have content in the <noframes>
section. Which page you attach the DWT to depends on your designs.

You can definitely replicate the frames functionality with tables and swap
image behaviours.
See www.rxs-enterprises.org/tests/rollover.htm to get you started. (it is
not the complete solution.)

Ron,

Thanks for your assistance. I'm now successfully using your mouse-over
example in the provided URL instead of a frames page.

You're correct, I was trying to attach the DWT to the frameset page but now
that I know how to implement the mouseover logic, frames are no longer
needed.

Regards,
John
