dwt and frames compatible?

Shared borders and frames were not compatible. Now with FP2003, can we use a
frame layout with the main frame being pages that are attached to DWTs?
The reason I want to stick with frames is that the menu remains expanded,
whereas if you place the menu in the DWT it collapses with each new page.

You can't attach frames to the DWT. However you can attach a DWT to any page
that loads within a frame.
