users lost permissons to profiles folders

I'm using 2000 server. I logged on on server as Administrator, right clicked on profiles folder and took owner ship of all the files and folders under the profiles folder. This folder contains 200 user profiles.

Now, Administrator is the owner, no one is able to save their data in profiles folder.

How i should i set permissions to "Profiles" folder and user profiles folders so users can get access/save to their data. But no other user should explore those profiles.....

At the root of the folder containing profiles, set
everyone to

Read & Execute
List folder contents
Read

For each user profile folder

Modify (rights) for the user account.

You might want to automate this for multiple users as this.
