How to remove disconnected DC from AD

Sir,

I installed 2nd DC and connected to AD. Then removed 2nd DC from Table ( Not
removed from AD). Now I want to remove that DC from AD because 2nd DC is not
available now.

How can i do it ?

You should have demoted the DC to a member server before disconnecting it.
