My user account all have locked. I start my computer and
I get Guest account access and thats it. How can I
restore my computer?

Press F8 while booting up to get into Safemode. If you
havnt done anything to the Admin account there, then
there will be no password for you. Microsoft does the
favor of making this for you (can be good and bad).
Otherwise let me know and you'll have to use dos.
