Network Printer and Guest Account

I have three computers sharing one printer. Currently all of the users of
the computers use the one administrator account. Is it possible to turn on
the guest account and still network to the one printer AND make it so the
users of guest account cannot change any settings to the printer, add a
printer, etc?

If so, how?

Demote them from being members of the administrators group to members of the
users group.
If you don't or can't do this, they can always do whatever they wish
whenever they wish.
