I have tweak UI and after examining the steps mentioned I have noticed another user that I haven't seen/not aware of
named *ASPNET* what is this?
 
It's part of the net framework - you must have downloaded it and installed it at
some stage. Don't worry about it.
Have a look in your Add/Remove area and you should see Net Framework installed-
Microsoft Net Framework 1.1
