User XP Desktop isolation

How do you setup the different user accounts, so that when one installs a
program and a desktop short-cut that it doesn't show up on the other users'
desktop? Also the vice versa, how do you delete a short-vut from one user's
desktop and not off the others desktop

Use the personal profile folders under DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS. The ALL
USERS branchis or to store settings that are valid for all profiles.
