User unable to detach file from email/ outlook

Hi there,

I've post this question in the Outlook newsgroup however I did not receive
any answers to this.

My company is running a mixture of servers (a few 2000 and a single 2003 for
exchange). I've a user who regularly have to detach and file resumes sent to
her from potential employees.

She is able to detach every resume except for those that is named resume.doc
(in any capitalisation of the word resume). Her error is that she do not have
permission to write to the folder. However when I checked she indeed has
permission to them.

What can I do regarding her problem? Any help is deeply appreciated.

Perhaps there is already a file or folder called "Resume.doc". See if
you can save a file under this same name in the same folder while
running MS Word. You should also try detaching & saving the file
to different drives or folders.
