User Signature Issue

hello All

A user has a problem with her reply/forwarding signature. Everytime she hits "reply" or "forward" the signature is displayed with a different format (bigger size and different fonts).

I singled out that whenever she replies/forwards rich text ytpe emails, her signature changes, but when she replies/forwards HTML type emails, her sig remains the same...

How can I make replies/forwards to be always in HTML??

Outlook always uses the format of the original message when replying or
forwarding.
How can I make replies/forwards to be always in HTML??

You cannot, except by manually choosing the format.
