I wonder if anyone can help me...I have been away and
when I got back to work, someone else had created a
username on my pc. I am running XP pro. Anyway, I have
deleted the user off my computer, however, people are
still not able to print to the shared printer on my pc,
as it still comes up with the other user name, to login
to my pc, and I do not have his password. I thought by
deleting his account, it would remove all reference to
his name. How do I remove his account completely, so
that we can print to my printer? I don't even have a
password on my computer, but it just always points to the
other guy....

Is there anyway of not having any uses??? Or will there
always be a user account...is that how it has been set
up??

Please help, I am getting frustrated.

Thanks

Are you the administrator? If you are you should be able to sign in and reset the password required to access the shared printer.

Yeah, I am the administrator, but I have deleted the
other user account and he was also set as
administrator....

So where would I got to reset the password to access the
printer??
