User settings - Windows lock with password required

Where is the setting that controls the amount of time
that a ~user~ is away from the keyboard before going into
normal windows lock?
Thanks for any help.

Right click desktop, properties, screen saver tab, uncheck: on resume
display the welcome screen or on resume password protect.
 
XP pro or xp home, it's on the screen saver tab. Either uncheck it or change
the amount of time. You have to be in an account with admin rights.
