User Settings Not applying.

Hi All
I have a group policy that runs a logon batch file. This GPO seems to
be inconsistent in that some users recieve the logon script and some
users don't. To give an example I have two users in the same ou one
recieves the logon script when he logs on and the other one does not.
I used gpresults on the user that fails and it shows me that the
Computer settings of the GPO have been applied but the user
configuration is skipped.

Can someone help me out on this.

Userenv debug logging can help show us in more detail
exactly hat is occuring.

It will create a file in the C:\winnt\debug\usermode
folder.

Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
Value: UserEnvDebugLevel
Value Type: REG_DWORD

Value Data: 10002 (Hex)
