User sees live updates, others do not

I have a client who I let use FrontPage to update their website. She
says she has been updating live, that she opens the website
"http://www.moulthrop.com" and edits it, yet none of her changes show
up. I have all the content in seperate include pages so she can only
edit that content and not screw up the site... dunno what is going on
though.

I asked her to open the pages as she edits them normally and press
shift+ctrl+b to preview the page in a browser and tell me what it says
in the address bar of the browser. She says it tells her the address of
a live page www.moulthrop.com/line_card.htm. I went into the website
myself and none of the pages have her new content in them.

I am baffled as to what the hell is going on and I would rather not
make the hour drive to their office to find out is is something stupid.
Does anyone have ideas as to what the heck she is doing wrong?

Thanks,

Have her recalculate Hyperlinks on the live web and then try editing and saving an include

Get the file names and paths for the include pages and then open the includes in your
browser.
See if changes are actually being saved to the include.
You can open an include just like any other page and view it.

Also, make sure she is simply saving the includes and not using "Save as" which could change
the file name and or file path.

When the include is saved is when the server updates the containing pages.

I checked the server for extensions and they seem to be installed.
But you might have the host repair / reinstall them if nothing else works.

Also be advised that problem can be caused by the user's connection having a
proxy server on it. (Which might be sending old information.)

I had her recalculate hyperlinks, no go. Her responses indicate that
she is editing the correct content page. I am asking the hosting
company to reinstall FP extentions now.

On the off chance that it is caused by a proxy server on the client
side, where can I find more information regarding proxy server
troubleshooting?
