user remove from internet connection

I have 3 users on one machine, comcast internet, want
only one user to access internet.

How do I do this, or is there a way to password the
connection.

You can use 3rd party software, such as Net Nanny or Cyber Patrol.

One work around, is to log on to the user account you wish to restrict, go to Control Panel, Internet Options, Connections, LAN Settings. In the Proxy Server section, check the box for Use a proxy server and enter 127.0.0.1 for the address. This won't stop all internet access, but it will stop IE and other applications that respect the Windows XP proxy settings from accessing the internet.
