User registration pages using FrontPage 2003 and MS Access Database (MDB)

My goal is to create a simple set of pages that will sign a user on if
he/she has registered, and register the user if not already
registered, and gather some data and store it in a MS Access Database.
The user would have to have a userid and an associated password for
validation.

Are there templates that already exist that I may copy and modify
accordingly, and if so where may I obtain them.

This would be running on a MS 2003 Server, IIS, ASP,
etc...............
