user problems

I have 3 user accounts with administrator access but the
last creater i madehas problems surfing.On the msn pages
most of the links don't work and on my isp home pages
some don't work.When i click on the links it opens a
blank page.The other 2 users, ie works geat on those
sites......help

Why do you need 3 administrator accounts on 1 machine?

Here's the thing about Administrator accounts and Limited User Accounts.
Limited User Account settings are user specific. Many of the Administrator
Account settings are machine wide. If you are running more than one
Administrator Account with different settings, the settings are going to be
in conflict. You can always create a dummy account to park Administrative
privileges and move them to another account as needed. That also reduces
your risk to attack.
