User Policies for a Win 2K Application Terminal Server

I am trying to implement a group user policy on domain
users (about 100 users) on a Win 2K application mode
Terminal Server. I want to lock a group of users out out
of certain OS elements on ONLY the Terminal server while
keeping intact the default policies for all other
computers in the domain. I appreciate any help!
