Terminal 2K local account locked after disconnecting

I have a Win 2k domain and terminal spk 4

When anyone uses our terminal 2K server from their XP pro or Win2K
workstation, everything is fine. Then the user will disconnect and shut down
their computer. When they try to login the next day, Their domain account is
locked out, without even connecting. This prevents them from logging into the
local machine as a network user.
It happen this weekend and when I checked the AD account, it wasn't locked
but the users machine said that it was. When ever the user cones into the
office, they will dock their machine and connect to the land without any
problems.

More users want to use the 2K terminal, but I will not let them untill this
problem is resolved.
Someone please help.
