user name not available on loginscreen

I never assigned a password to my computer, but now it is
prompting me for one?? Is there to reassign user name and
password from cmd? or some other way?

Try leaving the password blank and then press enter. If that gets you to
your desktop, do the following:

Click on Start and run: type in control userpasswords2
Uncheck the box User must enter a username and password.

The above will allow you to log on without a password.
