I am in the process of changing my ISP. I changed my email address (user
name) from the previous one to the new, but left the password unchanged.
Both the previous (old) and current (new) user names (email address) are
valid and I can sign in under the previous without trouble. The profile page
indicates the email has been changed to the new one, however, if I attempt to
sign in using the new email the password is shown as invalid. I have tried
asking for an email of my pasword but it just keeps rejecting the request.
Any suggestions as to how this can be fixed?
