User missing after using Control Userpassword2 on XP Home

I was having some problems with control panel/users. I tried to use Control
Userpassword2 with XP Home. Now the user account that I opened with that
program is not showing up at welcome, or as a user under
system/advanced/users.

I can log on with the user name if I go to the classic log on, but it shows
up as a guest user.

Does anyone know the registry tweak to turn this user back to one with
administrative rights?

Log on as the reserve "Administrator" account - the password, unless you
remember setting one, is likely to be blank.

In that in the control userpasswords2 make sure that 'Users must give a
username and password' is checked; highlight your regular account,
Properties, and on the Group membership page choose the style you want
(probably Other - Administrators)
