XP Pro SP 2..... Three users on the welcome screen. When any user logs in it
goes to the correct desk top but then logs off the user and you are back to
the welcome screen. I have tried everything in the safe mode to open and run
virus software or spyware can't get there. Any idea what this is. Running
this for sometime now never had a problem until now.I can even reinstall
software.

Curious... What happens if you create a new profile from safe mode and then
try to log-in to that account in normal mode? Does the problem exist there?
If not then it might be something as simple as a corrupt profile.
