Login Problem

I started having problem tonight when I try login with my
user name and password. It start loading my user profile
and the setting then stops and save my setting and goes
back to the Welcome login menu.
Prior to logging out and shutting down, Norton Anti Virus
detected and erased a virus called BackDoor Orifice. I
have not been able to log on since then. Trying to log on
in safe mode and all other methods, does not work. Any
suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
