user login error

I have a PC which gives this error, when One of the Users
logs in..
Advanced INF Install
Error registering the OCX
c:\windows\system32\wmpcore.dll

THEN

Windows cannot load your profile because it may be
corrupted.

The same PC works well for other Users but this one..

The PC has Win XP Pro..
