user login and logout/ Time stamp

is there a log kept that I can look at to find when and who loged into a
machine, with a date/time stamp and what time they loged out?
 
Into a machine? This is an ACCESS newsgroup. We can help you determine log
ins to an Access database, but you sound like you are asking a Windows
question, not an Access question.
