Excel Excel 2010 Time Stamp Button Help

I am new to this time stamp micro process and need assistance. Please see the attached docuement - I am attempting to have the trackers of this spreadsheet press the time stamp button and it poplate the date/time in each of the small cells under the different headings...WIll someone PLEASE walk me through this slowly - I can make the spreads look pretty, but the macro formulas BLOW my mind - Thank you so much!!
