User icons

I have installed some software on a network (the network uses server 2000)
and I can´t setup the software´s icon so it appears on all the user areas of
the network. I really am banging my head against a wall with this one. Please
help.

Jussie,

the shortcut has to be copied to each computer, into

\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu

or Desktop.
