user for terminal server which set on Domain Controller

I have win2000server sp4. This one is Domain controller
and as Terminal Serminal. I have user (John_Smith for
inst.) who enter in user_of_domain group. When I try to
connect from client computer as terminal client to my
server (win2000server sp4)as John_Smith i see message -
"interactive enter on this system protected by local
politics" on this computer. All permission is enabled.

But if i include John_Smith in printer_operator group then
all OK! But this is not good. What to do?

May be the truble is because my terminal server is Domain
controller?

Because you server is both a DC and a Terminal server you need to change the
Log on Locally policy in the Domain Controller security policy.
