User deleted from AD

all the users that we have created were deleted from the AD except of the default users, we have tried to create new user and copy the old profile folder to the new profile with no success, we also tride to set the profile path of the new user to the old profile as well with no secsess, the client PC kept loging with the TEMP profile or the new profile that was created.
Symantec insist that the system clear from virus and there is no connection to the AD, Microsoft insist that there is virus and have no idea wat to do.
any idea and solution will be appreciated.
 
Need a lot more info than that. What do you see in your event logs? Do you
have a good perimeter firewall protecting your computer from the Internet?
What ports are open therein? Who has admin rights? Do you have good backups?
