Delete Cached copies of Roaming Profiles

Hello,

We have win2k3 domain, we have implemented 'Delete Cached copies of Roaming
Profiles' in Group policy. When a user with roaming profile Logsoff form
his machine the data from his profile getting deleted but not the folder.
Next time when he logs-in, his profile folder will be loginname.domainname,
and the next time loginname.domainname.000 and so on a big list of folders
getting created.

Please Help me in this regard.

Check the permissions on the folder.
What are they?
Does the System Account have Full Control.
Who has delete permission on the folder?

System Account has full control and user has fullcontrol on that folder.
