User activity that change type of profille

There is a problem that some user network activity can
surely change the type of profile. A profile created
roaming appears in folder of local ones.
Is anybody knows that it is?

Sounds like something is preventing the roaming profile from being
accessed/saved. Does the user get an error message when logging in/out? Have
you checked the local workstation event logs?
