restricting user from changing a roaming profile int mandatory

when i started making roaming profile .i made that but even i saw that
a normal user can change to mandatory profile of that roaming profile
user and i dont want the users to change that profile so give me some
suggestion so that i can restict the user from change the roaming
profile to mandatory profile please send me solution how to restrict
the user

First, I doubt that you can prevent this, and, second, it seems
a bit silly to try since if a user OWNS the profile and can
change it, why shouldn't that user be able to choose NOT
to change it?

A roaming profile is "read only" so even were you to try
to make the profile read only to prevent the user from
changing the file name, you would just end up with a
(nearly) mandatory profile and the only way to REALLY
do this would be through the share point which would
make all of the other files read-only too. Together this
would make a mandatory profile in most ways that count.
