Hi,
We are using VNC to take control of users desktops for various tasks and
interactive support.
Is there a way to take control of the currently logged on users desktop
without any actions required by user with Remote Assistance? Perhaps a
registry hack? Like VNC, where the both the user and the support can interact
with the desktop at the same time.
From what I have read it seems the answer is no.
Best regards,
John
